Since the weather forecast promised pleasant weather – even if the sun was hidden behind clouds – we went to Mt. Tsurumi to hike. Slightly damaged from the previous day’s roller coaster rides, we took the easy downhill option and rode the Beppu Ropeway uphill first. 🚠 The ticket seller was a bit irritated that we go hiking for “2 hours!”, but in the end we weren’t the only ones. 🚶♀️🚶🚶♂️🚶🏿♀️
